How come Mykad invalid !! Check few times already nothings wrong with detail it’s registration problem ! Better improved more !!

USELESS APP

First of all, I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed with this app. I registered and submitted all of the required documents and it got approved. I’ve been granted a RM300 spending limit. Not for long, they sent me an email saying that the limit has been removed and back to 0 due to idk what reason. Their team decided to take it back.

I emailed them. Contacted their CS team via Whatsapp. None of it delivered as it’s not exist.

As a loyal customer and a big spender of Atome, ShopBack PayLater, Pace, Grab PayLater, SPay Later, my spending limit has never been below RM1K. I enjoyed using each one of it to know which app offers best. So, I was thinking to give Moby Islamic app a shot. Unfortunately, they turned me down.

Bad apps ever. Better atome more than this. Open this apps and suddenly closed and you need to open back. Also, So difficult to access and make a payment, always failed when need to make a payment until my online banking account was blocked. Please improve ur apps.
