Can’t log into Talent ID

Can’t login my ID to check my briefcase and submit my draft.

Unhelpful customer service

I have this problem of being unable thats load my insights and customer service has told me to reconnect my account with my social media accounts however, I’ve done that thousands of times and yet I get the same response of “try reconnecting”. Why not instead of giving useless instructions, try giving some actual solutions ?
