New update: Almost 3 weeks cash out is being block
New update:
I received USD5 into my paypal account. This was due to app registered at country different than the country that I am living in. Also PayPal account at country which it was registered.
Old complain:
I only try to cash out 5usd but it is being block since 1 April 2019 until today. Last time I checked it stated in review.
Out of sudden today I check again the system change the date of review to 29 March 2019. What is the purpose of changing the date?
