Already cancelled the booking, but the driver still calls me saying that my booking still exists. Please fix this. A bit inconvenient to the driver if they already arrived at the place. But love the rate, much more reasonable compared to others app

Few drivers or drivers choose not to accept ride?
I live near ara damansara lrt and use e-hailing rides to/from the ara damansara lrt daily for work. Ive been calling for mula rides more than twice daily for a month now to/from lrt station. I did it for a month to give mula app a chance. Despite the app showing that drivers are within 1-6 mins away, unbelievably, ive not gotten a single ride during the 1 mth (about 100 calls for rides). My new user vouchers have also expired.
It’s either a lack of drivers or drivers have the option to not accept rides. If the latter, my ride of rm6-8 might be too low for drivers to want to accept. Ill have to go back to using grab for now and come back to mula app after maybe 1 year to give mula some time to improve.

Due to the E-hailing regulation implementation by the government , many MULA drivers are still in the process of obtaining the required regulatory requirement , therefore , there will be a shortage of drivers, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you , we sincerely apologize to you for this temporary setback. And thank you for your patience while we work through this.
I prebooked a driver to go to the airport due to it was a morning flight. The driver accepted my booking and when the time came, I received notification informing the driver was on the way. But when the time has passed more than 15min and I still did not see anyone coming to my place, I called up the driver as shown on the driver’s details. To my surprise he said he did not accept my booking at all and then hung up on me. Then a few minutes later, I received a notification saying the driver has completed the booking?!!! So unethical. I have to hail from other app which the driver arrived to pick me up within 5min.
