One of the best Apps that i ever used

Assalamualaikum ,
just wanted to say good job Muslim Pro Apps Developers maybe there is some small things here and there that need to be fix but guys ,over all this apps for me is superb after using Muslim Pro I felt more nearer in every espect of being a True Muslim than ever before .
Each and every features that Muslim Pro Apps has contain a-lot of usefull knowledge and guiden for anyone who ever wanted to get closer to Islam and goal is to become more wiser in performing our Ibadah . By Allah's Wills this apps will help us improve ,motivate , reminds , and keep track of our Ibadah daily such as Zikir and so much more. Seriously I am great full to find my self using this apps as it has slowly driven my inner desire to improve my Ibadah day by day.
And Alhamdulillah Allah s.w.t Has guided me to use this apps and this Apps has become my day to day helper to get me closer to my Alquran to My solat to My fasting and more . Thanks to everyone who successfully make the effort To Make Muslim Pro Apps Usable to us Thanks you again really appreciate it ,

Please don't lock out premium users for not registering an account

Assalamualaikum, I've been using this app for so many years and very happy with till I updated the app yesterday. I paid for a premium version so that I could use every feature offered if I wanted to, and to get rid of the ads. Yet you made it compulsory for premium users to create an account, otherwise they'll get locked out. This should be optional! Not everyone likes to register to an app using their phone number, personal email and/or Facebook, you know. Please give people options, especially when they pay to use this app. I've never left an app review before. But today I'm just so disappointed after discovering the (new?) feature. So, 2 stars till you give your users options.

Salam, legacy Premium users who purchased the app before the update will not be affected, you do not need to pay again. You can now tie in one Premium version across all devices and platforms (iPhone & Android) by linking it to a Muslim Pro account. We understand your concern with regards to data privacy but rest assured we do not sell user data. Logging in on Muslim Pro will allow you to save & use your Premium account across multiple devices. Premium Account

I have recently purchased the premium account thru itunes (so I weren’t asked for an account set up rather the purchased was made automatically thru itunes) but i still have ads popping up and my account is still not set to premium. Tried to search for help section to send an inquiry but I cannot find any function for that. How am i suppose to login when it wasn’t set up at the first place as the purchased was made directly thru itunes? Highly unsatisfied by the fact there’s no other way to contact you.

Update: i have tried reaching u thru your forum, email at payments but to never get a reply and respond back. I don’t want to believe that u cheated customers out of their money but it seems like it. Somebody better get back to me soon and do something

Final update: it is so mind blogging that u won’t take payment receipt from Apple as proof of payment. U keep on insisting on information that I have explained again and again. Just take my money, i am done. Services to customer is very bad and you have painted your customer as a liar and untrustworthy. Why is so so hard to use all the information i have given you is beyond logic. Bad back end service. Very unsatisfactory.
