Ratings and Reviews
Terrible performance and always not updated
Since the beginning of the year, I’ve noticed that the status of my car is not updated in real time as is expected. There have been times where the status is weeks old. I no longer receive charging notifications when I’m charging and unable to tell the status of charge without having to physically check on the car. Whatever is going on, I’m not alone in this issue and hope you can resolve it ASAP! The previous app was so much better than this!
Lag
Just updated the app yesterday. I noticed that need to login to connected drive before can continue to my bmw app. such a hassle. Previously before updated no such thing as this. Another issue after tap the bmw app, it would not straight away pop up the main menu instead when into white screen for few seconds only then would go to main menu. Hope can rectify this. I’m happy with the app before updated. Very smooth and user friendly. Nice interface
My BMW not updating
It has been a week that the “My BMW” app is not working properly. The status is updated but both the mileage and fuel level are not. I have tried to close the app and re-open it, even logout and re-login. Even the location is not functioning. It is showing me in the office in town, but my car is still at home.
