The worst app
Not even worthy to be an everyday mobile app, unable to switch between accounts accurately to see which account has the add-ons. Always upsell rubbish to consumer in hopes that they will be charged after free period.
Bloody unethical way of doing business and shoving rubbish to loyal consumers. Sorry so disappointing to see that they have to resort to these ways to increase their revenues.
Stay far away.

Hi joshuaw88, thanks for reaching out. We currently have different apps that caters to different plans. My M1 app is for Non-Bespoke plans and My M1+ app for Bespoke plans. Do login with your M1 ID (email add) and use the respective apps to manage your plan services accordingly. Meanwhile for the add on service, you may opt not to include it or unsubscribe the service before the complimentary period ends. Hope this clarifies - Sam
