Scam apps
This apps definitely useless, unable to check any information about your data, internet or everything's you have been used on your sim card. Every not track on real time and provide fake information to the end user. When to physical store to ask employee also blame for system and said apps just for ads, nothing can track on it. Even request physically at store also can't provide any info. And keep blame to customers on services then get charge by your self, but reality mobifone system deducted by it's self. And blame customer don't know how to use or system showing like that. Such a biggest scam in this country

The services getting worse
Specially the 4G is very slow recently, made a complaint but the staff responded like it's normal to receive this type of comment and do nothing. The phone also cut off time to time during calling, the coverage areas is low. Thinking should change to others ie Vina and Viettel
