Always need sign in again when open app

Always need to sign in again when open app, not convenient during emergency time to call for assistance. MSIG please improve app.

Error loop

After signing up, it’s stuck at T&Cs screen no matter how many times you’ve accepted and it says you’ve successfully registered, you’ll be back to the T&Cs acceptance screen. After force quitting the app, relaunching it it’s stuck at the app’s Home Screen/splash screen with an endless loading loop.

Apps keep on loading

Asked users to register through mobile app, but once downloaded and open app, the page keep on loading and not able to proceed further.
