Try to purchase Internet non- stop with the package 10 mbps speed for 30 days, system shows message “your request has been submitted. Please wait for a confirmation SMS shortly.” But already waited for few minutes still didn’t get any SMS, and AIS deduct 49 baht at help me to purchase a internet package automatically..

สวัสดีครับ ขอเรียนแจ้งว่าการบริการของ AIS FIBER แย่มากครับ ที่บ้านโดนน้ำท่วมทำให้ไม่สามารถใช้อุปกรณ์เราน์เตอร์ได้ โทรแจ้ง call center แล้วพนักงานส่งวิธีการทำให้ ติดต่อในไลน์

สุดท้ายผลของไลน์แชตบอกว่าเอกสารส่งไม่สำเร็จ และเขียนแจ้งว่า บัตรประชาชน หรือ พาสปอร์ต
ผมเลยส่งพาสปอร์ตไป ก็ไม่สำเร็จ จึงโทรหา call center อีกรอบ บอกให้แจ้งความ และระบุ serial no ของตัวเครื่อง และ รหัสเครื่องของ AIS PLAYBOX
ผมไป สน เพื่อแจ้งความและส่งเอกสารไปทางไลน์ ก็ยังไม่สำเร็จ จึงโทรหา call center อีกครั้ง เจ้ากน้าที่แจ้งว่า ที่บัตรประชาชนหรือพาสปอร์ต้องเขียนเลข serial no และ รหัสเบอร์ AIS FIBER ด้วย ผมจึงเขียนไป และส่งอีกครั้ง คราวนี้บอกว่า สำเนาแจ้งความไม่ชัด ส่งเอกสารไม่สำเร็จ คือ ผมไม่เข้าใจ ครับ ระบบ ใันห่วยอะไรขนาดนี้ เยอะแยะมากมาย ผมว่าผมถ่ายชัดมากแล้วนะ ระบบไลน์ AIS มันห่วยแตก ไม่สามารถอ่านได้หรือไง ผมรู้สึกว่ามะนกวนตีนมากก ระบบคือจะอะไรหนักหนาก็แค่มาติดตั้งใหม่แค่นี้ เรื่องเยอะที่สุดเท่าที่เคยเจอ และขอบอกนะครับ ถ้ามันยากเย็น ผมจะยกเลิกไม่ต้องใช้ แล้วดีกว่ามั้ยครับ ถ้าการจัดการมันลำบากมากขนาดนี้ บริหารงานห่วยแตก ตอนทีจะสมัครสมาชิกมันเร็วมาก เพราะจ่ายเงิน แต่พอมีปัญหา ต้องส่งเรื่องเยอะ ทั้งๆ ที่บริษัทก็มีข้อมูล ผู้ลงทะเบียน ขอเรียนผู้บริหารและผู้เกี่ยวข้องจัดการให้มันเร็วเหมือนที่คุณอยากได้เงินของลูกค้า หรืออีกวิธีหนึ่งคือการยกเลิก ไม่ใช้แล้ว ค่อยสมัครใหม่ ผมว่าอันไหนมันจะเร็วกว่า กันเพราะยังไง ก็ต้องจ่าย รายเดือนอยู่ดี มันคงไม่ยอมฟรีค่าธรรมเนียมหรอกครับ
