I download this app on 8 Dec and successfully set up my login. However, on 9 Dec, when I entered the PIN, an error message appeared. I tried to re-register, but the face verification process keeps showing an error stating that my face does not match my passport. I have also updated iOS and restarted my phone, but none of these methods work. Please fix this app issue asap.

Government want us start using this application and retired myrentas and mytrip. So when I scan passport for registration using this application, it will auto populate the info. Problem is when I click next , it will stop n prompt for * for 2 section I need to fill in mandatory. There is 1.plate number, 2.phone number. Have the developer think about old uncles and aunties or some people don’t owe a phone number or a vehicle? Without filling this 2. I can’t proceed next page to continue register. Then why is gov have to quickly launch this and retired the other 2 instead ? I feel this is not yet mature to replace the other 2 to use.

Right now it’s able to register properly, even submitted plate number and phone number , keep prompting error for pin. What is the pin?

I had tried many times to verify my face but unable to do so. Adjusted lighting with plain background but still got rejected. Please fix your app as this problem should not be an issue to anyone especially to your local Malaysian people. Make sure your system has minimal to no problem at all before officially launch the app because there are a still a lot of problems that people encounter using this app. It is unfair for us to have problems as a Malaysian in verifying ourselves for immigration because of this app.
