App is buggy
I love MyCar but the app has a serious problem/bug - Nothing is displayed in your destination search after you type in something. Only when you are lucky or after hundreds of times of trying you can get something out of it. Had to try for more than 1/2 hour yesterday for “KLCC” to appear in the search list. This is very time consuming and annoying, resulting in me using another app from another e-hailing service from KLCC to get back home. Please fix this.
Please manage mycar system.
i actually like this app so much bcs it was very cheap than grab but then the system was very terrible. i mean very slow and sometimes did not updated. when i book mycar also i will get car from very far and to get it also very long time, and then when we cancel the car bcs it was too far like 15-20mins, its actually already cancel at my phone but then suddenly i saw the car arrived at my pick point, i am very sad and feel sorry for the uncle i think the system is not updated at his phone thats why he keep on going go to my pick point that i already cancel. MYCAR PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO YOUR SYSTEM!😞 i am not that person will cancel the car for my own good but then its not worth for the driver also come very far to fetch me go through all the jammed and the fare is only rm8.
Not a good app
My first use of this app to go from Point A to Point B was horrible. After waiting for 10 minutes, the driver sent a message saying “sorry it’s traffic”. So i just replied it’s ok since it’s normal when it rains. After another 10 minutes, the car is about 500 meters away from our pickup location. Then it suddenly turn right. It was supposed to be straight. So i was thinking the driver maybe just got confused with the direction. Then i noticed the car is not moving. So i decided to call the driver, to which she replied that she already cancelled the booking a long time ago. But in my app, it still says “on the way”!. Either the diver was lying or the app did not update it correctly. I even have the screenshot that the car is on the way.
It was frustrating because they wasted my 20 minutes. So i just booked the grabcar even if the price is a bit higher.
Because of this, i just uninstall this app. I dont want to use it anymore.
