Digi Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia has launched the new MyDigi Telco App, which provides Digi users with a streamlined, all-in-one experience. For prepaid and postpaid phone plans, MyDigi Mobile App is a smarter way to manage your Digi mobile account. By using the quick link buttons, you can pay and manage your phone bills, check internet usage & coverage, top up your internet data, make subscriptions and more! It is basically your personalised data manager and billing app!
Data Manager & Billing App: Pay & Check Mobile Bills and Top Up Prepaid Credit
Pay your prepaid or postpaid mobile bills hassle-free, without having to go to the Digi store with the MyDigi app. You can pay your bills with only a few clicks, no matter where you are.
Download past and current billing statements of your phone plan to monitor and keep track of your mobile bills.
Do you have a shortage of prepaid credits? Is your prepaid phone plan about to expire? To keep in touch with your loved ones, simply reload or topup your phone credit with the MyDigi app.
Depending on the quantity of online prepaid reload you buy, you'll get more Internet data, call time, and credits.

Check Internet Usage, Network Signal & Coverage, & Switch Internet Package
Check your internet usage, access and coverage, located under the “Internet” section, as displayed on the homescreen. The data quota and data usage are displayed side by side to give you a clear picture of how much Internet data you consume and how much you need. You can also use it to check the areas that can give you the best network signal.
Digi users can also view how many days remain till their phone plan or Digi postpaid data quota expires or is renewed for the next use cycle.
If you wish to check your other numbers' mobile data usage, go to the side menu, choose your phone number, and the usage information for that number will be displayed.
When your current prepaid or postpaid data package expires, you can switch to a new one using the MyDigi app!
Internet Top Up and International Roaming Passes:
Is your mobile data plan insufficient? You can buy Internet add-ons that are suitable for your usage and budget.
The add ons range from basic Internet access to more intensive entertainment (games, music, and videos), as well as larger data purchase options for general use.
The 'Buy Add-Ons' tab on the homescreen or the 'Box of Surprise' page in the app can be used to purchase add-ons.
Simply select the country to which you will be traveling before subscribing to a roaming Internet package.
Once you have made the purchase, using it as a hotspot for your other devices or gadgets will be easy.

Support Section
Under the “Support” section, users can find the available FAQs under the "Self Help" common questions should the need arise.
If you cannot find the answers you need, you can navigate to the "Get In Touch" section to raise a ticket to MyDigi's agent for any inquiries.
You can even check the status of your ticket raised under “My Case Status”.

Not optimize for Iphone 12 pro max

I think most app in the market is not optimize for large screen phone ie “iphone XX pro max” . I’ve been using the phone since 2020. Almost 3 years. Still not optimize. My problem is I can’t proceed to payment when paying bills. Don’t care if using credit card/debit card. Can’t put it in the TAC. Just show a blank white page. Or select Online banking, also just show a blank white page but on my iphone 11, it works fine. Had to go to website on computer to pay. I don’t know if developer didn’t upscale or bug in the system without noticing or no one ever complained about this. Just wanted to put it here before anyone wants to use this app on large iphone for payment. Try uninstall the app and reinstall. Updated my phone. Restart my phone. Nada.

Disappointed loyal customer

Have used digi ever since I own my first phone. I have to say I’m extremely disappointed in how they configure the system. The super long life plan for a year is no longer available now for new users but old users still get to enjoy it. How ridiculous! (I became a “new user” because my previous numbers became invalid as I went overseas for a long period of time). This is unacceptable: charging people to maintain the validity of the number - you don’t see this issue in overseas telco companies! Moreover, charging RM1 per day is notorious! Some of us have to go overseas a long period of time but we want to keep the Malaysian number valid so that we can use it when we’re back. If you continue to do this, your loyal customers who stay overseas shall leave. Secondly, in the past when the credit is insufficient, the internet plan you’re subscribed to will be unsubscribed automatically. Now, when you reload, the money straight away get deducted to the plan you are “subscribed” to. This is also unfair to consumers as we are not expecting that change. Please consider to make the necessary changes or I should probably change to other telco that offers systems that make more sense to consumers. It is really not fair to just create all these tricky areas to “rob” consumer’s hard-earned money.

Case closed without settle it

I use online banking for buying prepaid RM35 package!!! However, my prepaid no response as there is no package that I purchase. I contact customer service.

First time, you all keep telling it is my fault, my bank not giving you all money. But I mentioned my bank details deducted and there is no return in my bank account. Then close case!!!

Yesterday I call again, your customer service state that there is no such things online purchase in apps. Hello!!! You are giving us choosing reload or other payment method!!! We are choosing other payment method and continue to online banking!!! What is the meaning of no such things other payment method???!!! Do you think I need to cheat your RM 35 , are you serious your customer service have professional training??? I send email attach with bank details and invoice that DIGI issue to me, then I wait until just now. “ we are plead to inform that you case is closed” walauaaaaa!!!! My case close??!!! Where is my money??!!! Please take serious on my case as it is unreasonable cannot solve even a small smalllll issuueeeee!!!!!!! For sure I will never forget that customer service talk with the confident that suspect me like wanna cheat!!!!
