Cant even recover password even i put up my id it shows user name not exist and if create new it shows user name exist .

Most Useless Service On Earth

Seriously the most useless service on earth. The whole point of renewing license online is so that you have convenience and it stated that they will deliver license in 2 days. But license never came. They ask you to refer to JPJ app for a digital copy, when in fact JPJ app requires license serial number (which you don’t have because you have just renewed your license). When fully explain all this to customer service, they cannot give any solution other than go to JPJ counter. So conclusion: MYEG doesn’t need to exist if it’s going to be so useless. I would have been better off just renewing my license at post office. Please don’t waste your time with this useless service.

I noticed when you do renew roadtax , when you choose renew for 12 months is not functional , it keeps calculating as of 6 months option only , you try to proceed for 12 months throw the app and you will noticed this

Please fix this issue asap 🙏
