MyHRMIS Care application is another new innovation developed by the PSD. Able to allow the civil servants to get help and give suggestions for improvement, check the status of complaints and referring frequently asked questions.
MyHRMIS Care Functions: -
There are five main menu: Announcement, Complaint, Review Status Complaints, Suggestion and FAQ.
1) Announcement: Announcements and latest promotion of activities HRMIS.
2) Complaint: Provides space to deliver problems related HRMIS.
3) Review Status Complaints: Provide facilities to check the status of complaints.
4) Suggestion: Provide space to give suggestions or improvements related HRMIS
5) FAQ: Provides frequently asked questions to help provide additional information that is required.
