ICA e-Services on-the-go:
This application is brought to you by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), a Singapore Government Agency.
MyICA Mobile App (1) provides a one-stop platform for Singapore residents and foreign visitors to transact with ICA conveniently. The features include:
• SG Arrival Card (2) for residents and visitors to submit health declaration and arrival information
- Provide personal information with ease by scanning the passport biographical data page;
- Provide a group submission for up to 10 travellers; and
- Retrieve submitted records with ease.
• Gateway to e-Services & MyICA portal
- Access existing ICA e-services and MyICA portal on your mobile phone.
Note:
(1) The download and use of MyICA Mobile App is free of charge.
(2) The SG Arrival Card is NOT a visa. Visitors can visit Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website to check if they need a visa to enter Singapore.

Not great but not bad.
The app generally works (except for the scan passport feature). Suggest they include a search function for our addresses to save time scrolling thru the various cities & countries.
At the border (we came via bus from Malaysia to Singapore), the passport machine worked well for me (I’m American) so I guess the app did its job, but for my Malaysian wife she had to try two machines before it worked. It was disappointing that the Singapore immigration officers don’t help the passengers, but I’d expect the service level to be better when arriving from air.
Apps doesn’t work
I try to install and reinstall. The apps turn to blank page after scan my passport and select country of origin. No other option except to quit the apps.

Got bug pls fix
After update..After choosing the date . I choose land, bus, put number after that is click next but got one thing need to put but inside is empty can’t type and can’t next.
