Submitted street light issue, technician come to repair on 4th day after submission. Very efficient.
Submitted potholes on road, very soon I received e-mail that they have arrange for repair on specific time frame.
Hope neighbours make use of this app. Submit aduan is better than do nothing but keep complaining.
