The Nutrition Division of the Ministry of Health Malaysia has taken many initiatives to encourage the population of Malaysia to eat and live better. Following the technology trends, the Nutrition Division has launched the MyNutriApps applications for mobile to disseminate knowledge of healthy eating and living to Malaysians.
Now, we proudly introduce the MyNutriDiari, an enhancement of the previous app that aims to provide a tool to allow anyone to manage their intake of food, to encourage and to allow them to self manage their bodies and health and to develop a new healthy mindset and lifestyle in everyone especially the new Generation Ys.
MyNutriDiari has the following functions;
- A complete nutrition resource center in an app in your mobile
- A built in calculator to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) which will tell you whether you are normal, thin or otherwise.
- A built in estimator that will estimate your daily calorie intake needs based on your age, gender and program. e.g. if you want to lose a kg a week. COMING SOON
- A suit of diary's which will allow you to monitor your own health including a daily calorie diary which allow you to manage your food intake, monitor the calories your take in and burn, record your water intake and there is also a weight monitoring diary that will help you record your weight and see your progress.

Ratings and Reviews
App is useful but too basic
I love the fact that the app has Malaysian food listed, so it is easier to input your daily food intake. However, the weight chart is only for weekly view. I hope it can improve to also view/display monthly progress. Also some type of food like sambal belacan and brown rice is not in there. Please put the basic food menu in. And please also allow users to input their own menu to help update the app and the food list. Tq
Need more improvement
I like this app because it is the only Malaysian based diet food diary that I know of, but sadly it hasn't been updated since 2015. I would really like to continue wearing this useful app, but please fix the crashes, add more useful features, update the app to be more user friendly and make the app more attractive so that more Malaysians would like to use it!
It's a good apps to help maintain or lose weight better. Good job on this apps only it's keep on crashing or lose the data makes me a bit discouraged to continue putting it over and over again
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
