Been using this apps for the past few years. I have experience twice deleted info and data which I have to re-register myself again and again. This is VERY inconvenience. Note that not all users are senior citizens. Hence, please keep on checking the issues pointed here by users.

I have updated the apps now I could not open it, when I try to open it, a dialogue box up saying that data is insufficient, before this everything was fine and I cannot open it. What is happening here? Please help

I downloaded this app just to download pension statement but then, there is nowhere to download. This app could be better if user can view and download pension statement. The developer can do better, come on, this is apps for government pensioner, it should be friendly user and be better than this one.

Made a few attempts to log in. Failed and failed. Delete apps and retried. Same. Repeat 5 times. SameFrom the review, this problem had started over 3 years ago and no one has taken action on this? What is everyone doing in KWAP? What kind of developer is this? I hope we didn’t use rakyat’s money for this developer over the many years.
