The ekyc is truly inconvenient, back and forth captured failed at ic and then took forever to keep my phone and face steady for the facial recognition, finally when I passed my face recognition, took too long and here we are back to first steps. Gonna remove the app. And log complain about it, just like how I have successfully restructured my monthly repayment but ptptn still deducted old amount, can’t they just cancel the old direct debit once new contract been issued? Called the bank but bank say must settle with ptptn, and ptptn customer service only available until 5pm, bravo and brilliant.

It was a nice application. The registration process was smooth and clear. Some of the users having problem on back and next button, maybe they're not trying to swipe it down? Might invite my friends to it download too. The website status still confusing. Hopefully you would make it better on website. Keep up the good work!

The app is very useful for paying on the go if the phone you're using does not cause any hiccups. Also the improvements that can be implemented in the apps are :-

1. A way to check back rather that we have already payed or not.
2. Update the chronological area, rather than just showing 'hantar email tunggakan', you guys can put 'payment update successfully'.
3. The UI is good but there's room for improvements.
4. If I press 'My Account' should also show the current balance of my loan. This would help people out to see or check back their on their previous amount.
5. The Profile can use a little tidying up

So I think those are the only concerns that I have & all just related to check back on the amount that have been payed, apart from that the app is decent use to pay-off loan.
