Be Ready & Prepare

Unifi has been established the brand in Malaysia since it officially launched in year 2010. I believed it was also won many brand awards in local and the Asian region. The huge amount of investment in the infrastructure, hired the best manpower to run the business in order to meet their brand value is rather important. However there are many organizations have been failed and criticized badly by the users because the device application did not run well and did not meet to the brand campaign slogan and objective to the public. In fact, I believed it hurt the brand badly after putting so much of effort to established the brand itself. It will be good that the developer of the app or the internet expertises who maintain the digital services make sure and pilot runs the system with uncounted times to make sure it will not encounter any problems as criticized by many reviewers here. Because at the end the word of mouth is a very powerful weapons that can ruin the brand image which I think it is not worth to be happened in such way.

The above statements purely a personal feedback base on the other reviews history and with no intentionally to against with the service provider.

Slow apps and not user friendly

This apps… it’s not user friendly. Payment not loading, error in payment, linked account went missing, cannot add account, error in adding account no when the account no is correct, the list goes on and on. Its probably the worst apps I’ve used so far. It’s kinda frustrating because I manage a few accounts and everytime they update the apps.. I’m like having a heart attack. TM.. please make your apps more user friendly especially for business owner where they have many accounts. Please help us want to stay with you because we are your bread and butter. Don’t waste time finessing you e-shop or promoting your package in your apps because you have your sales team and vendor to do so. Concentrate in making this app EASY to use.

Slow performance

Slow performance despite my 500mbps plan. Have to call again to reset my Wi-Fi. It won’t solve my problem until I ordered their new product the mesh unifi. I could order in device but when I click twice the order and about to cancel they ask to walk in to tan point. So what’s the hassle make to me that I explained both order are same and duplicate and want to cancel. They insist to walk in. Imagine how troublesome and inconvenient brought. I would want to change my account holder name for so long as this account were under my brother name but he moved out and all the matters were taken care by me. Each time I want to inquiry for the internet connection they sure ask my brother name and contact. Furthermore to order the device also they ask to speak to my brother. TM UNIFI make a mess up. Performance slow and services also layering. I would change for sure the account holder and I hope Tm could improve in the future.
