Ratings and Reviews
Still needs improvement
One thing that irks me is the fact that there is no way to see the time when I am watching a video on my phone (iPhone X user here). When I hit pause or when I tap on the screen while the show is playing, there should be an ability to see the time somewhere. Instead, I’ll need to swipe down to bring up my iOS notification center in order to see the time.
Secondly, there is no fast forward button. Would be great if there is an option for that rather than just a 10s rewind button. Sometimes we just want to skip forward ya know.
Lack of shows and movies
It’s quite unfair don’t you think since the customer have to pay almost the same amount compare to US.. I’m not saying you have to lower the price but in what world does it seems fair when you’re basically paying almost the same amount but only have maybe just a portion of what its US counterpart offered to their customers. Lack of tv show is one thing lack of movie is another. The list of movies offered are laughable. I might as well stick with Iflix if I want to watch old movies and hell they sometimes have what you don’t at significantly lower price. So new users enjoy your free 30 days period and don’t ever renew the subscription because you might as well throwing way your money for nothinh.
Lack of content
I saw several reviews on how you charged the same price, but offered less of content than in the US. Couldn’t agree more with that.
I wish to watch Game of Thrones, and Bosch if you would add it as your available content. And also Walking Dead. Those series are so so popular that I am a bit disappointed it wasn’t available on your paid platform.
And also, I realise that it is less user friendly on the mobile.
When I tried to change up the shows and movies in “My List”, I couldn’t. “My List” won’t update my preference even after I restarted the app.
Moreover, the movies and TV shows are presented in categories on the interface, but when I want to see “All available” I couldn’t. There isn’t an option. I hate to scroll every category to see what movies that caught my attention.
