deducting money?card not accepted
money is deducted, but app says card number is not correct. contacting the company and its been 3 days replying and chatting with them. no actual resolve. they keep blaming the bank card. I dont know how they will succeed this way
Worst...walk better
Firstly the scooters are painfully slow. On top of that they will charge you a pretty significant fee if you don’t park at a designated area. I took one from my place to a train station which wasn’t designated as a parking area. Not as if I tried to park in the middle of no where but a logical parking location. I had two choices, Lock the trip and continue to be charged by the minute or pay RM8 to end the trip. All in all RM13 to go about 400m. Total scam! Don’t use this service!
Great Ride
I’m happy with the scooter..brakes better than B**m scooter..but a bit under power..price is cheaper..😄
