I want to buy 3 item..once i made my payment,only then i been inform that one of the item out of stock.i should be inform before i made the payment..tq

Great shopping but...

I do like shopping in NewChic because it has quite a range of merchandise. I would have given 5 stars if not for the horrible courier service that NewChic employ. The delivery guys were lazy and irresponsible. All the deliveries I’ve received, they just threw into my compound over the gates without much concern for the merchandise, that the merchandise could be damage with such treatment. I do suggest that NewChic change the courier service that is more reliable, responsible and respectful of the items that they are tasked to deliver.

Unable to open

Hello dev, i was able to use it for a few minutes then afterwards i wasnt able to even open the app. it kept forced shut down whenever i try to open it. i had to uninstall and reinstall it again and same things happen. i will only be able to use it for a few mins then i wont be able to open it again afterwards. please fix. i have ordered an item so i want to keep tab on it from time to time
