Ratings and Reviews
Mostly working
My expectations were low so my low expectations for this app has been met. Definitely not as good as Microsoft Excel but it came together with my Macbook so all is well.
Update not responding
Been prompted to update but every time the update just keep loading, and nothing achived by the end of the day. I have repeated these for two weeks without success. At the same time not able to open the number files as it has been edited by latest version in another mac. I hope at least it come with feature that is backward compatitble, that the file can be open by older version of Numbers. In fact the file I attempted to open was an old files, have nothing special, no added latest features, just added some text in the new version of Numbers and that causes all the issue now…. dissapointed !
Work keeps disappearing
Every time in a while some months of data I entered just simply disappear. I've spent hours trying to find out what happened but couldn't find any solution for this issue. Seemingly I do nothing extraordinary: fill in tables, save, full stop. Yet, sometimes months of work gone.
Second issue is that once your mac is old you cannot even open files anymore. For example I cannot open my files on my MacBook anymore unless I buy a new computer. Yea right. For me it's time to return to Windows after over 12 years!
