Important bigs detected
There are few things I detected which I as an experienced diver consider a serious issue. How can I submit the defects I observed?
Since there is no any reply, I will leave the bugs detected here.
1. The altitude detection doesn’t work at all on the app. The whole time of flight it was showing 1 m in one dive comp and “-“ in another dive comp. DLooks like this feature wasn’t tested at all. The altimeter of the watch itself works fine at the same time, so it’s definitely problem of the Oceanic app itself. It also means that “no fly” time feature doesn’t work correctly - as the watch can’t detect the altitude.
2. If exercise app was running when the dive started, the Oceanic app never launches automatically by entering the water and there is no possibly to launch it under the water. As a result, I was velo-diving the whole dive. This dive was also not logged. There must be priority of apps. You consider it is a rare case? Not so rare if make the shore dives.
3. When the deco time is reached and the Deco popup comes out - it starts pulsing all the time and blocks half of the screen. Only Depth information is visible. No dive time, no other important things are visible and you can’t even scroll to see it. Very bad user experience. The message should not block other information on the screen. The calculated deco time can be added to the safety stop time if the algorithm says it is still needed by that time.

Good start
The watch app and the phone app mostly do what one would expect. The interface is intuitive and shows the right information in the right places. A few niggles
(1) I once did an entire 2 hour cave dive while only seeing the passcode entry screen. While standing in the water, the app had opened up automatically. It showed scuba, logbook, etc, so I thought I would scroll to scuba and click a button to start. Instead it asked for my passcode. I expected this to disappear once I started diving, but it remained there overlaying the dive info. It did record the dive.
(2) The safety stop indication is annoying. It starts when ascending above 6 meters. First it taps the wrist excitedly for the entire duration, which is quite irritating even through a drysuit. Moreover it will start all over if taken down to 6.1m or more. It would be better if it had some margin, e.g., stop counting down beyond 6m, but don’t reset the stop time unless taken deeper than 7m for example.
(3) It takes some encouragement to synchronise with the phone.

Unable sync dive log
For the 1st and 2nd day half, I’m able to sync my dive log. However 2nd half day and the 3rd day unable to sync log
I uninstall and reinstall the apps; now my watch asking to sync which I did with the Oceanic app under the account
It did not sync my watch.
Please fix the bug and will my 2nd day half and 3rd day log still in the watch?
