When u place a trade whether it’s a buy or sell, on any asset class/instrument u will see a level of where u place a trade and that’s where u can see how much ur profiting or losing. However I’ve been demo trading and every time price goes below/above the current ask it never bloody updates. In fact it shows as if it’s in a loss when in reality any other platform would be reflecting that as a profit amount which it rightfully would be.

Very poor on octas end for not fixing this issue. PS I CAN ASSURE ITS NOT USER ERROR. I do the proper thesis and analysis to ensure it doesn’t happen but no. It happens no matter how carefully u place ur order. Devs, pls fix this issue as it isn’t trader friendly and can give the wrong impression on the trader esp if he/she is a beginner

Very SCAM❕When you earn the profit request to withdrawal, they will use thousand reason to reject you. Asked you send the verify document. Ask you send the 1 year whole bank statement (buy a car and house also no need 1 year bank statement) after you send the all statements they will find another reason to reject and hold you. But at the same time you can deposit, but they won’t give you withdraw the money. Until you lose all the money they will email you again ask you to deposit again.
And this app showing the price is very different. Will eat all you money until you no notice this question. Then you complain to them they only reply the robot msg. Until you leave then they win take all your money.
