System overbooked

I booked a room at 7pm. Then when i reached the hotel at 11pm, there is no reception center so i called the PIC a few times, no one picked up the phone. When i called center, then only your PIC return my call. He said system overbooked. He asked my permission to shift to another hotel, i said ok. Now is already 1am (i already wasted 2 hours), and there is no news and no return call from your side. Then i called again, and said you guys are waiting for the hotel manager approval (he didnt pickup calls so i assumed maybe he is in cinema). I wait for about 2 hours and finally i asked for refund. And the refund might take 7-14 days. Congrats OYO

P/s: why there is no negative star for review?

Bad hosting and staff can balcklisted me personally while i have booking confirmation

Hi OYO i was trust u host me better for my place but somehow it happened not nice and disrespectful me from OYO staff malaysia. I was stay at Silka Maytower in same room longtime already and last Saturday need to check out because fully booked but i left alot of things because rushing check out they over rudely to talk. I left my things some because i can’t carry out all my baking things in last minute while i make booking for next day (Sunday) until 21 may. But when about to check in back i bring all lugage and stand waiting OyO staff bring key to check in but surprisingly this staff say i got blacklisted from OYO, but i have booking confirmation until now. And my things also they make hard to get back??!! Have attitude or this is management host guest can blacklisted personally?? Oyo still let me booking the room through apps but staff tell me to find another host can’t through oyo anymore or blacklisted. I haven’t received any email about blaclisted legal from oyo. But i won’t talking too much i want take my things only because im baker need my things inside the room. Last sunday also i saw another guest inside the room supposed is im who check in because booking is under myname
For 3 days but how this staff rudely and no attitude to guest. Can solve it ASAP?

Bad service

I booked a studio at the empire city marriot and I was expecting clean and nice accommodation as the pictures shown on the apps. The time I arrived at the empire city, I couldn’t find the receptionist so I called for so many times as I couldn't reach them at first. As I met them to check in, they told me that the system overbooked. They asked me whether can I shift to another room with the same nice accommodation but at another block of the building. As soon as I entered the room, it’s totally 100% different from what they said and the pictures of the studio. The room was so shady and smelly. The sink in the toilet was broken. The air conditioner didn’t work properly. The bed linen was not clean. I was really upset as they promised I will get exactly the same studio concept as the pictures shown but it turned out to be like that. So I asked to change room but they said there was no available room at the night. I asked for a refund but they couldn’t give me the refund. And then they started being rude. Lastly I gave up and returned the key and took the deposit. They didn’t even say sorry for the inconveniences.
