Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system serves as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Citizens are enabled to provide feedback once a complaint is marked resolved by an officer. The feedbacks are linked to an officer’s performance. The app provides a hassle free interface to citizens to connect with government at all levels.

Crash

Everytime i try to register myself it crashes when i enter my address in the app and then ive to start all over again to re-register and then again it crashes im an iphone user so please try and solve this bug thanks any help regarding this issue will be much appreciated thanks.

Suddenly stops opening, complaint section needs a lot of improvement

The app starts to crash suddenly.
The User Interface is friendly and good but the complaint section needs a lot of improvement as the subject and description section character limit should be improved. Moreover, for documents, it would be much better to include pdf files as well as they are the standard document format instead of pictures.

Bugs, errors, on maintenance

At first, it had no problem nor any issues, just after the updates, most of the time it’s on maintenance and errors while starting it up, also when i want to reset the password by writing passport it popups that it’s on maintenance. Hope to make it better soon.
