BIGGEST SCAM
I want to highlight and warn users of the following issues with mobile app Paktor, as well as dating agencies Paktor and GaiGai. After signing up to be a member on its mobile app, you will soon realize that you do not get the services that you pay for. Paktor's search filter will not give you the profiles based on the criteria that you specified, such as age or even gender. On top of this, the screened profiles are constantly regurgitated.
In addition, the messages received are automated, and are not genuinely sent by members. If you reply to some of these messages, the other party will claim that they did not send any messages to you at all, and the messages are probably automated and sent by the Paktor administration team.
Days after signing up on its mobile app and not getting the services that you paid for, Paktor will send you a message asking you to also consider signing up for its GaiGai premium matching services. To top it off, Paktor will charge you additional fees for changing details about your profile on its mobile app.
Those who genuinely want to make new friends and go on dates should just skip Paktor and GaiGai. Please do not be a victim of scams perpetuated by the likes of these companies, which are solely driven by profits and do not deliver what they promise.
Auto charge without asking
After try VIP 1 month for this app and find out people inside the apps not really looking for friend and get reply look like bot. This apps just auto continue subscription without notice, today i get a message said this apps charged my card. Maybe i’m not really check detail for your T&C but i’m sure i’m not the only one to get shock and complain it. I’m already stop using apps from today, please refund it back to me.
For the people who get auto charged, please follow step below to unsubscribe.
Setting-> iTunes & App Store-> select your Apple ID-> View Apple ID-> key in your password-> Subscriptions-> select app and Cancel Subscription
