App provides very basic drawing tools. Absolutely nothing worth shouting about, as depicted. It's very simple and more likely for kids to play with. However pressing most of the buttons either brings up a full screen ad for the full version of the app or automatically initiates an in-app purchase of the full version. Clearly this app is trying to make it a little it easier for kids to accidentally purchase the full version
