Paypal is a very useful features to shop online but have missing important features such as send and requests money to friends and families in malaysia country except for the features to send payment for goods and services only. I cannot using send money to friends or families by using send payment for goods and services method because there's a fee charge for recipients i hope that there's features can send money between friends and families fix this problem. And please fix this problem.

Paypal placed a permanent ban on my account for allegedly giving false information when I provided many pictures with different angles of my identification and verification and even provided my proof of income. They banned my account while I was doing sales which meant I had to refund the money to my customers but due to my account limitations, I physically could not refund the money as said on the website when in resolution centre it said I could but when I tried it just brought me to another page that said something my account was limited. I had to pay a chargeback fee for no reason when me and my customer were in a consensual barter and were about to finish the deal , even my customer was furious at Paypal for their negligence . I am really furious at Paypal and one step away from exposing this corrupt company for their actions in destroying peoples livelihood and businesses because of their terrible service, they should be viewed as a criminal organisation that steals innocent peoples money.

I saw my account tranfered a few hundred to an account which I didnt authorized it to, it was on Christmas day so when i tried contacting it thru email, they replied me with automated emails, then i emailed them again, they said that it's my own problem, and the customer service is just really bad, they won't assign one particular customer service agent to you they would just randomly assign one for every reply so that the representative dont know what is going on. It is a long story and i gave some chances for them to contact me and such but no reply in the end, i suspect that it is paypal who is robbing the users or else why would paypal ignore situations like this, their users are losing money because of their security issues. Regretted everyday for using paypal. I would rather use traditional banking than this unsecured platform
