Ways to improve to avoid losing customer using the bank services
I have been using public bank all the while however noted the app is not user friendly. As I have been introduced to hong leong apps noted so much convenience which we can transfer to other bank easily which allow the user to just copy paste the account. Where as public bank don’t allow that. And also the fixed deposit placement for public bank don’t allow the link to other bank to made transfer which is happened in hong leong apps. Could public bank management look into all these? As we do like PBB however now we re in technology era so need to have process improvement from times to time to stay competitive.
I try to use this app to pay for my PB credit card which have the same online account as my saving account.
Every time that stupid error message prompt out saying that I don’t relevant account to perform this action.
I call to the service center, turn out I was not able to click on the card Icon and hit the pay button to pay the card balanced like what I used to do in other Bank app (Maybank, OCBC, UOB) but instead, I need to add the card which already shown in the online account as my favorite card and every time i want to pay the balance i need to memorize the total amount and key in manually.
This is super annoying and not user friendly.
Who design this app anyway, Mr potato?
He clearly not even try to study other competitors app before role out this crap.
Of course there is still so many place that doesn’t make sense, like the stupid duplicate login error.
What the hell is duplicate login, why can u just auto log other session out when there is a new login session.
Seriously , you have to really improve this crap.
Otherwise I can pretty sure you will lose tons of customers bcoz of this. Good luck!
The whole UI is not user friendly
Can we just have some quality banking app from such a big bank?
Seriously, you just create a so called “App” that just a browser like platform to redirect users to a webpage link. What’s the point of creating an app when it’s not even an app.
Look, the guys up there on the high table, we need some serious IT work here. Don’t try to be perfunctory to us, the new generation internet users. This is 2019 and we do everything online and this so called “APP” is not a good way to say hi to us. Some ordinary webpages did a better job than this, we see developers dedicated efforts to create a whole new design just to be mobile friendly meanwhile we have this serious BANKING APP doing nonsense.
