Issues on purchase
This is my worst purchase I have ever made. I received an offer to purchase a lifetime licence for 9.99$. When completed my purchase the activation email was not sent to my mail box and the purchase status was pending. I contacted the support chat and they were not able to activate it. After that they managed to activate the app but was the trial version with a plan not the one they offered me for lifetime. I am really disappointed by their poor help and service. Will never purchase from them any app again

Ok but lack of few as comment below.
I got few PDF files from Word document unable to convert to eBook (EPUB). If the PDF from book scanning also unable to convert to EPUB. Other work fine. Pls help to further enhance my comments feature. Thank you for response my email inquiring. Hopefully next update will solve my highlight. Thank you
