Hello,
Even tho you guys sent an email (which I noticed now) stating that we have 3 free days left before you make your app a subscription payment plan, it does not give you the right to deduct money from your past user without their consent while they had the app on their iPhone for long time . For your reminder I did not purchase the app I downloaded while it was still free.
Payment without consent
It does not give you the right to cut the payments while we downloaded it free. This is a fraudulent activity and misuse of data. I need my refund back from April it’s been cutting money from my bank or else a legal action will be taken. This is unacceptable. Kindly refund.
