Buggy app and lousy service
Downloaded the app and it requested an upgrade immediately however couldn't be updated. Sent them an email and response came a day later saying that it has been fixed and update available.
Managed to book for a pickup appointment but received a call saying "vehicle breakdown" and have to postpone pickup the next day. I even received an email assuring me of the postpone pickup. Guess what? No show. I gave up and moved on.
