The menu and ordering process from the app is OK. But I think the order tracker needs a lot of improvement. I would like to see which Pizza Hut outlet has received my order. And I want to see a map when the rider is delivering my order. And the order tracker needs to be more accurate. The customer service help is not responsive. I submitted a query when my order went missing, and they didn’t reply back. Fortunately, my issue was resolved, the order tracker was incorrectly updated and delivery was not completed but actually still on the way.

I dont understand why it said it cant send to my house area. My house area filled with multiple apartment & there’s so many people living there. But when i order pizza hut at food panda i encounter no problem to delivery?? My house area is not a jungle. If you think you can’t deliver at certain timing please just write it clear people will understand instead of making your customer have very hard time just to order your food! Choices are good but can u imagine we already excited to choose our food & fill in all the details then when check out it keep fail & fail & at the end stated ‘didnt cover your area’?? Then what this apps for?? I wish there a zero star for rating. I am paying for your food not begging. Please improve your apps & fix this situation before someone else encounter same problem as me. I already uninstall this app & will never use it again!

Hello and sorry for complaining such things but suddenly my PizzaHut Delivery Apps cannot updated the latest version . i thought the problem came from my weak coverage or something like storage on icloud but when i checked there is no problem with that thing . Even im using wifi it still can't updated . I've trying so many way to figure out the problem but its didn't work . So i would like to asking PizzaHut incase u have other solution to solve my problem . That All Thank You .

It's glad to hear that certain Pizza Hut Outlets provide Drive Up service where you no need get off from the car and the staff will handover your order to your car. Accordingly to the instruction, need to click on ' I had arrived' button when reach the store, but the button is actually does not work. I'm was waiting in the car, clicking the button for more 15mins, keep refreshing and end up I walked in and get my order, while I'm actually with my baby in the car alone. Hope to improve and rectify the issue. Thank you
