Constant failures to make any charges on my card

More and more any and almost all the time I try to make any kind of transaction with this card it get denied. Even though I almost always carry a zero balance I keep getting denied purchases. My recent denial of purchase was with Amazon. I tried to make a purchase and have it sent to my sisters house and just got a notice from my Citibank Mastercard that I had just made a purchase. Come to find out, a week or so after I actually made the purchase on Amazon and everything looked fine with my first premier card. I get a notice from Citibank, not even a notice from you showing my transaction I made a week ago or its so called refusal. Why is this happening all the time. I can’t even make an out of country purchase with this card. Can’t make a cash withdrawal either. So what’s the point of this card if I can’t ever do anything with it. Your customer service is awful. Nobody ever answers the phone or it’s always ringing busy. You have no 24hr care for customers. I’m seriously getting to the point of just closing the account. There’s no benefit to me that I’m not getting from my other cards. Seems like writing this will also be a waste of time as I will never get a response.
