Crashing issues
This app is my only editing app because the filters are so good, fast and easy but one thing I’ve been experiencing is that after editing 2-3 photos it always automatically shuts down. I hope this get fixed soon!
Update: I always close any app after done using it so it’s not that, I also clear out the cache but that doesn’t help either.

Crash issues may occur when you do not have enough feee space on your device.
We recommend you cleaning the cache of the app in Prequel Settings and forcing all the other apps to close while editing!
Crash and auto renewal
The apps keep crashing and it loads badly. I know my icloud space is not that much but that should not be the issue. The developer should resolve that for consumers convenience. I have unsubscribe it for a long time I don’t know how they re-subscribe me again. Since it is connected with my icloud they automatically deduct the money from my account and that’s ridiculous. I would like a refund but that would be impossible and slow so pls fix it. I give 2 star cause I still have good experience using it. I didn’t even get any notifications when I subscribe so it’s like you’re taking my money without my consent.

Hello! The charges are done by Apple, not by us. You can manage the subscription in your App Store account, as described here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. You may request for a refund from Apple too.
To solve the technical issues, we need you to contact us from Prequel's settings menu (send feedback). Also, attach to the message there screenshots or screen records of the errors. This way we get important information from your device and will be able to reply to you properly. We cannot solve it from the review only. Thank you!
Lagging home screen
Hi I’ve been using this app for a very long time and it’s been very useful towards me for a year now but for the past 3/4 months I haven’t been able to use it due to it staying frozen on the home page of the app.I would really appreciate it if u could try to fix this problem as I’ve done everything to make it work but nothing seems to open the app.
