Information not synchronized
Several issue encounter on Iphone.
1. Defect submitted using other phone. Then on my phone still not visible.
2. Information about Paip Meter invoice shared by Prima not visible as well.
3. Function not working properly.
Please fixed the bugs.
Please improve the service
This apps is required for Prima house owner for communication and billing issuance.
However it is not made the user easier. Example when you need to pay the maintenance fee, money deducted from bank account but the prompt message giving error. The only life saving is receipt thru email. Event the history gone and only updated after 24 hours.
The developer of this apps pls improve!!!
