We're sorry to hear that! Please make sure you have a stable connection or try alternating between Mobile Data and Wi-Fi to see if this will make a difference. If you are using a VPN service, try disabling the connection. You can also try logging out and then logging back in the app. If you continue experiencing the same behavior, please report it to us via the 'Report a Problem' feature, for further assistance with troubleshooting.
UPDATE: The support told me they are unable to sync folder with large files and a lot of files. So if you have 10k of files (not large size), whether it’s a .doc or .png files, please be prepared to click 10k times to download it. I’ve been trying one folder with less than 10GB and it can’t even sync anything for more than 2 days. The .png file less than 100kb status is downloading for 2 days.
TO PROTON MAIL SUPPORT: Don’t keep pasting the same generated replies. It’s pointless to contact you because you were unable to help. Kept saying the same thing and not bothered to even try iOS app yourself before advising me what to do which isn’t in the iOS option.
You may have the Security. But I’ll be damned if I upload to your server can cannot download it. It seems more like you’re a DATA MINING COMPANY.
