“Session expired” issue
This has been a recurring problem for some time now. Auto logged out immediately after log in with the error message “session expired”. Updating app or reinstalling app does not solve problem. Today, can’t even key in orders, it says to contact help desk. Pls fix it!!!! Trades are time sensitive and not everyone is in front of their pc hence have to rely on the app when on the go.
Stuck at login page
Can’t login with my device iPhone 13 Pro. It has not fixed for over 6 months.

using my new phone to log in the app. There was refused and said my device binding other account .that was my new phone first time log in .
