Stable app, with not so accurate information

The app is generally stable (no crash etc), but the problem is with the provided info; in my case, bus departure time and tracking for T789.
To be fair, this is most prob issue with the bus captains rather than the app itself because tracking for some buses work fine, but not all.
Anyway really hope RapidKL will address this issue more effectively.

Unreliable

As the title said, this app needs much more improvement despite being advertised as an application with the ability to ease your journey. This app does not show the correct estimated time of arrival, of which was the reason I was forcefully asked to download and try by their customer service representative on twitter. It will show you which line and bus you should take and if you’re lucky enough, the time when the bus would arrive. Some places might not be registered yet on the app such as my the area where I worked at in Balakong. If you need to find the ETA of a bus at a specific bus stop, you will need to remember the full name indicated at the stop, or else it won’t show up in the search bar. All in all, if you’re hoping to find the timetable for your bus line, this isn’t the application I’d suggest you to use nor should you try their journey planner on the website as it is just as unreliable.

Waste my time and data

I downloaded this apps three times and uninstalled it three times. When I first download it I have high hope from RapidKL to actually deliver a working apps so that I don’t have to tweet their admin to ask where is my bus location. But sadly even after some times I don’t see any significant changes from the apps.

1) why have proceed as guest if I cannot proceed as guest?
2) if you said I have internet problem, please don’t, while I was trying to “log in” into the apps, I was in between social media watching whatnot. I still can’t seem to “log in”.
3) if i search the route of t402 (mrt taman midah to lrt salak selatan), I have to actually search from: mrt taman midah to: lrt salak selatan. Literally, if i try to pinpoint from my house or other places in between. It won’t give me anything. Zilch!
4) your suggested place is not relevant at all, I search for one of the most visited place in KL that is pavilion bukit bintang, it come out other than it, pavilion suite, pavilion tower? Really??

In my opinion, you really need to up your game, really do some improvement on customer experience with the apps. Cause so far I cannot see any significant improvement or changes done on the apps.
