Inconvenience
Faulty system without technical support nearby the area, we were told to pull out and park, waiting for them coming from a very far place. The time consuming will increase the credit, while the support staff over the phone talking in unprofessional way.
Especially for Presint Diplomatik, Putrajaya, where parking lot is limited, the access area to this parking building is very narrow, I noticed there are lots of car coming to the entrance and had to reverse back due to unaware of the Pulse Parking System.
Pulse Parking should have place more ads and notice boards around Presint Diplomatik rather than just place the notice at the entrance gate.
Very troublesome to the public.
