Some parts of the new update is good like cleaner UI, merchants based on their specialties, more options (some are on its way)

But several issues need to be addressed; not able to read the full text in the inbox, merchant near me feature is gone, laggy from fpx back to app, slower sv daily reward compare to previous version, and still need to visit quinreward asia for refund where it should be in the app already.

Hope it will get updated to a better one. Thanks in advance

this app is so messy whether from the outlook of the app or content, doesnt know how the designer design this kind of changes and it worse than the previous version. Beside that, the “inbox” section cant even look the “COMPLETE” sentences at all and the arrangement for the rest section is inconvenient. Just a reminder: you doesnt need a “BIG” place to show your logo at the top of the home page, rather than minimise the area for the rest of the content. As you already gain a lot of supporters from this rewards, please design as a smart and convenient reward app.

Ordered food delivery but can’t track the rider and no notification as to whether it’s being processed or not?????? No status of my order. First time using and am already so frustrated. Very confusing when using the app. Not user friendly at all
