Red Alert processes claims/payment between healthcare provider and the employer, with an IT infrastructure that leverages with credit card technology architecture.
Red Alert app is introduced to ease all our client to access our clinic panel, to check their coverage balance, to key in reimbursement, to view their clinic visit history and to scan QR Code to do a transaction.

Unable to open app
Very unreliable app! I cant open the app when arrived at the clinic. Uninstall and reinstall still the same, keep loading when opening the app. End up just just went home without getting any consultation.
OTP for registration is not received
I wanted to sign up for a new account. After entering all details needed and click Sign Up, i was directed to Verify OTP for registration page. Unfortunately no OTP was sent to my phone number. Please fix this. I couldn’t register because of this issue. Thanks.
Why take forever to launch the app and login?
I tried since last Thursday until today but still unable to launch the app and login. Even uninstall and install also the same
