Finally a rhythm game I can get invested in
I've been occasionally looking for rhythm games to play because of how energetic they always seem. There are two main challenges that comes to one: the music choices and the gameplay mechanics. I've tried too many rhythm games that follow the same piano mechanic now, and it barely scratches the itch. After some time playing Rotaeno, I was amazed. I've never seen a rhythm game where you also have to take advantage of the gyroscope in order to catch the notes. It's awesome! The feedback from each input is also great, which I much prefer to having an audible sound effect that plays every time a note is hit. The story is dorky but I find it fun. Also that weird challenge with that one trumpet(?) Png just flying around really caught me off guard and I laughed. Anyways this is an amazing game for free!
It's not like the others.
I played many rythm games (osu,arcaea,phigros,muse dash and rhythm doctor). For once, Rotaeno is the rhythm games that feels fresh because you no longer just tapping screens to the beat but also rotating your phone to catch the beat. The starting price is nice too i think, you get a fair amount of songs catalog to start.
Amazing game, worth the money for rhythm gamers.
The mechanics, the unique play style, and the HUD are just amazing. I guess for a paid game everything is very smooth, and I love it. For a long time I’ve stopped playing games I just downloaded, but this is one I’d be willing to play for as long as I am a rhythm gamer.
