Description
*This application is for Galaxy Buds+ and Galaxy Buds Live. Support for Galaxy Buds (SM-R170) is not available.
Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.
* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update
* Compatibility:
- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version
- The Galaxy Buds application is not compatible with Galaxy Buds (SM-R170)
* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Buds application are only available when Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between your earbuds and your mobile device.

Unable to switch between devices anymore
I used to be able to switch between devices without having to log off one before and connect to the other. But I cannot do it anymore on my devices now. Apple Mac Book, Ipad, Huawei.... what has happened?

Dear user, we apologize for the inconvenience. You need to pair the Buds+/Live first with your iDevice. If you wish to switch devices, you'll need to disconnection the Bluetooth connection between the connected devices and pair the Buds+/Live with the other iDevice.
Very good
The connection is stable and the app does a pretty good job
But there are 2 things to be improve
1. The buds will suddenly beep twice and that is quite annoying
2. I hope there will be a gaming mode on iOS cause there are some delay when playing game

Left earbud was disconnected.
Hi there. I tried resetting my earbuds a few times as suggested in one of the reviews’ reply from your side. I even removed the app and installed right after but it still couldn’t work for me. Both earbuds were previously connected FYI.
Kindly assist with the issue.

Hi there! This is highly unusual and we apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please tell us your iPhone model?
If the Buds+/Live are not working for one ear, this could be a hardware issue. Nevertheless, please check the app to to see if both the Buds are charged up. If so, we'd request you to report this issue through the app Contact us.
Tap on the 3 dot menu in the top right corner> Contact us> Report a problem. A prompt will appear asking to Send system log, select always. In the next page, write your problems in details, select the frequency of the issue and make sure "Send system log" box is checked. Then tap on send.
