Terrible game develop hunger for customers' money

It's okay for us to pay real money to get gems so we can upgrade the skills level. But the skill doesn't seems to be working according to the level skill. For example, one of the samurai skill should have 75% chances to cast an army but i had cast the skill for 4 times only the skill only cast successfully once and rest of it just go off. I paid real money to buy gems and this is what I get? 75% is consider very high chances.
Mr/Mrs developer, if u guys hunger for money is okay but please don't mess up what we paid for. Thank you.

Gems needed

It's an awesome game and strategy!!! But more gems needed after fully upgrade with coins. Quite hard to get gems and its expensive. Please fix it....

Addictive,fun always but pls fix the bugs my game keep reset after level 20

This is one of my all time fav,but i am disappointed when it keeps reset after level 20++ that all my gems and golds are back to 0 and back to level 1 .pls look into this matter
