Scan&Shop Malaysia 4+

The app provides convenience for shopping, without having the hassle to place all items at the cashier to scan and repack. Easy and save time. However, if the app can be improved to allow removal of scanned items if decided not to buy. My current experience doesn’t allowed it even though the removal function is there in the app. I have to rescan all items in my cart whenever I decided to remove even 1 item. Not sure if it is due to selected mobile phone models (I’m using IPhone 11). If this can be fixed, it worth higher higher star rating.

Just a suggestion but some people might have problem with their internet connections. I suddenly thought bout it and turn off my data today but the apps need internet to function. It will be a lot more convenient if you can make the apps available to use offline.

Great idea and convenient to checkout with the app. Tesco is definitely keeping themselves up to the digital trend and modern world that always wants fast, friendly and contactless payment process.

One suggestion: have the receipt inside the app and transaction history. So that we can further push the whole payment process not just fast & convenient, but also paperless and digitalized. Hoping this feature can be considered and add in soon!
